As many view this wall, this update is shared to either confirm your experience, or more importantly for this NOW, send out uplift...TRUST FREQUENCY to all, that the unfolding magnificence for all ascensions is on track, YOU are absolutely on track. Trust thyself... I say ‘trust’ as opposed to ‘hope’. For to me, ‘hope’ by definition says there is something missing, a frequency signal sent out, of lack, otherwise why ‘hope’.

Trust, is a very STRONG energetic frequency where there is no ‘need’ for a ‘hope’. All energy we emit, magnetises, ‘like’ frequency to ‘like’ frequency. It’s how we pass through universal Gateways at OUR own timeline (by aligning our own energy to the Gateway frequency), Aligning, raising our frequency is how we receive any and all activations, by matching a frequency.

So trusting YOU and your process, is far stronger, far far higher in Hz frequency than remaining hopeful...You are magnificent! So Trust yourself!

5D LANDING:
More and more are beginning to arrive into 5D. Their new world, that they create from, on 5D Gaia. Each KNOW when they have arrived, due to experiences PREceding their energetic ‘jump/leap’, and PROceeding their immediate arrival into 5D field of awareness. They are the children of New Earth. I have explained before, that upon arrival, there is a short, loving life review that is experienced. Where we see, then know, that all we did to another, we did to ourselves.

Because all ARE a part of us, that we designed our experiences for our own separated experience. That initial arrival may be a bit of a nice shock, unexpected. It takes ‘time’, to get your bearings, for 5D NEW Earth and 5D AWARENESS, is like no other experience this lifetime. A completely different energetic frequency bandwidth to 4D and 3D. The energetic bandwidth of each ‘dimensional space’ sets the array of available CONSCIOUSNESS and thus array of experiences and further remembrance (human evolution). There is no similarity whatsoever to the previous 4D Ascension Timeline and Dimension. It is in this state of ONEness, that we feel an infinite degree of gratitude for our 3D and 4D experiences.

We see the beauty, and absolute gift of the 3D environment, for without that gift we would not have had a ‘ground’ for experience IN forgetfulness and separation. Without 3D/4D human, there was no ascension. So we can observe in gratitude, love and compassion for our and each facets 3D experience.

4D:
Was/Is the ‘awakening’ dimensional space that presents at speed, a vast array of experiences, that are relentless. Designed by our own Self, to SEE the patterns we CHOSE to experience by in 3D. It’s fast, it’s intense, in order to SEE them, dissolve them, expand, rise higher in frequency, headed towards the 5D perceptional experience. So 4D was/is, INTENSE, it has to be, for a human to see through all and any blindnesses of their TRUE Self. It still blames the outer, it tries to not blame, yet 4D IS still a field of separation. That’s the field, 4D is separated, to just pass through it, to become more and more the pure state you always are in truth, beyond the veil.

NEW EARTH and 5D (and above):

After initial acclimatisation, we start to absorb the 5D energetics. The frequency range is NEW and of huge array. There is all NEW experience, new state of being in all moments, unfolding gifts that make sense of those 3D and 4D puzzle pieces.

So we start to walk, in childlike wonder and innocence upon 5D Gaia. Each step, filled with a LOVE unfolding to NEWER and NEWER levels of love. Synchronicities become widespread, with immense humour. There is an IMMENSE GRACE to us BEING THE FLOW.

An acute KNOWING that flow was and is, the natural rhythm of Universal and Divine Creativity. Within us, a presence to ALL FLOW, knowing it is divinely designed, where we can not be the opposite, we can not be that previous forgetfulness (to control flow, thus control life, others, ourselves etc).

We GIVE energy OUT in the Now moment, as per Divine Will and Divine Alignments presented in the known Universal Now moment. There is no push, no try, no force, no control, no ego in 5D Gaia, or in 5D State of Human Being. 5D is the beauty and gift of being FLOW. 5D is a NEW Freedom for the Mind, listening ONLY, SOULY to the heart, to Love. It is the joy, the peace, the harmony, giggles, laugher, and so so much wonder!

It is HUGE, because it’s JUST THE START of a new level of consciousness and abilities that are taught from you, to you. Yet universal assistance is present, and only given to you after your human permission is given.

ASSISTING 4D and 3D, from 5D:
There becomes an awareness, that 3D and 4D can be visited, to assist those on an ascending 4D trajectory, and those asleep in 3D. It’s always a temporary and chosen visit, where we magnetically, effortlessly flow back to 5D New Earth after any assistance we give. What is realised however, is we can not play in 3D or 4D, nor can we stay there for long, nor can we absorb those energetic frequencies. We just assist, with all our heart and expanding energetic, because we are ONE LOVE.

The absolute BEAUTY of 5D, is the innate desire to help lift humanity up to the harmony, the fun and joy, the WONDER, the love and infinite possibilities, ever present in 5D. 5D is a playground of joy. In times of assistance to 3/4D, we witness the heightened emotional and mental experiences of those in the ascending yet TEMPORARY field of 4D. And can bare witness, give love and support to any we choose to, in unawakened 3D.

Yet as/when we do so, it is from our own frequency state of 5D frequency. A balanced, neutral state where we speak from a kind and compassionate perspective. Knowing HOW much to say. WHEN to speak. WHEN to just hold quiet space. There is no force from us, no unsolicited advice given (ego/control). We hold our 5D energetic. We are the awareness of our expanding energetic.

SOUL FAMILY:
Some we knew were Soul Family in our previous 4D and 3D experiences. So we witness their arrival (or already there) or we wait in absolute excitement, knowing they do arrive. The Love, the ever present gratitude for our Soul Family has no equivalent human linear words.

IT IS FELT; as an emotional feeling AND as a physical energetic within our 5D body. The energetic connection SOUL FAMILY have with each other reveals, layer after layer. And we know, that 4D Soul Family will have this experience soon. These connections will continue to unfold, deepen hugely (the depth is staggering as layers unfold), become understood and hugely celebrated by each.

BUILD IN 5D GAIA / 5D STATE:
There is no ‘try’. There is play, creation to divine alignments. The knowing that all is already designed to unfold in the FLOW. It’s so simple. Not of mind complication, frustration, manipulation, using others, which were ‘builds’ witnessed or experienced within 3D and 4D. 5D equals being with people of similar frequency. Connecting to kingdoms and realms of matter and non matter. Human Beings who all share the desire to Serve the WHOLE. Who all feel a deepening (wow) sense of FEELING, SENSES, LOVE. Who all value each’s uniqueness.

For each unique being holds THEIR gifts to express, give out, build as. The unity of One, the shear DEPTH of honour, respect, self responsibility, cosmic integrity are qualities of all ascended being in 5D. Where the designed divine energetics unfold, where people magnetise to people to play with (work was the 4D phrase). Because it’s predestined to unfold.

There is so much more to say. There is SO much more to unfold. For all. The Love, the magic, the unlimited support, the alignments, the Gateways, the INCREASING energetic human abilities and heightening senses, when fully aligned to be Love, is the magnificence and freedom you are born of.

The upcoming Lionsgate 8:8:8 Portal, followed by August’s eclipse fully opens the Light Portals allowing the embedded DNA genetic coding to continue altering the energetic substance contained within the Higher Fifth Dimensional frequency structure.

THE 7 ROOT RACES

Root races are stages in human evolution in the esoteric cosmology of theosophist Helena Petrovna Blavatsky, as described in her book The Secret Doctrine (1888). Modern “historians” want us to believe that “civilization” began 3,500 to 6,000 years ago. However, this is not true. The fact is that civilizations have risen and fallen for millions of years. A broad outline of our Earth heritage is listed below.

There are a total of Seven Root Races in our human evolution:

1. First Root Race = Polarian
2. Second Root Race = Hyperborian
3. Third Root Race = Lemurian
4. Fourth Root Race = Atlantean
5. Fifth Root Race = Aryan
6. Sixth Root Race = Indigo
7. Seventh Root Race = Adam Kadmon

The Fifth Root Race, the Aryan Race, is the oldest of the Root Races on Earth today. This basically includes most of humanity that was born prior to the 1970’s and 1980’s.

The Sixth Root Race began incarnating in mass at that time, and they are known as the Indigos. Adam Kadmon is the Seventh and final Root Race, and is as far as we, as human beings, can evolve. All of humanity is evolving into the Adam Kadmon potential regardless of the Root Race in which they were born.

BODY OF LIGHT

Within and around every human being is a Body of Light which serves to keep us connected to the Divine. This Body of Light not only reflects our current evolution but also holds the template for our evolutionary potential which is of course the Adam Kadmon.

Adam Kadmon is translated as the Divine God Human. It represents the Highest potential to which a HUman being can evolve on all levels of existence whether physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual.

What are those potentials? Adam Kadmon—the God Human—represents the Highest Spiritual potential that a HUman being can aspire to; the mental body of Adam Kadmon is extremely advanced utilizing 100% of His or Her brain capacity; the emotional experience of Adam Kadmon is one of perpetual Joy; and the physical body of Adam Kadmon is capable of creating whatever is needed to manifest perfect health in every moment.

The Adam Kadmon Body of Light is activated through the DNA because the DNA contains the Blueprint for who you are as a Divine being. The DNA is both physical and spiritual, being comprised of 12 physical strands and 12 etheric counterparts. For this reason, the Adam Kadmon Activation is also known as the 24-Strand DNA Activation.

Your DNA defines your uniqueness because it contains the encoded information relative to both your physical and spiritual lineage. As such, it not only determines your physical form, hereditary maladies, mental proclivities, and emotional or behavioral patterns, but also your spiritual gifts, life purpose, and Divine potentialities as well.

The 23rd and 24th strands contain the Blueprint for our expression as a God Human, or Adam Kadmon. When we activate the encoded information in these Strands, we access our Highest Divine Potential, and initiate our Path of Return "Home" once again.

This time, however, we journey back HOME to the Golden Age by creating Heaven here on Earth. "The Event"!

"THE EVENT"

"The Event" which has been halted by Prime Creator and SOURCE as the population was not fully ready for it, Now it is moving again.

"The Event" is coming and you will see some wondrous sights with the approach of this Wave. The sky will simply become a Rainbow colour and when it does every eye on the planet will see it.

With this Wave, the Light as you know it will change in ways you could not possibly imagine.

Pure state of Harmony will come upon you. Pure state of Love beyond understanding will come upon you.

Your thought waves will be altered to the point of BEing in full Joy, in full Love and in full Harmony.

And the way you think will also change to a point of BEing NO more thoughts of doing harm to anyone or anything and your thought patterns will be altered to a more Accepting, Loving, Harmonious and feeling of Joy because the Wave that is coming is a Wave of Love been sent to the Earth from SOURCE.

So, "The Event" will happen because that is your Graduation if you will. Graduation into a Harmony, Graduation into a Harmonious Planet.

No more thoughts of war. No more thoughts of enslaving peoples, enslaving children or anything of this nature. All those thoughts will be gone.

Peoples thought patterns will be altered to the point of BEing and only wanting Harmony, only wanting Peace, only wanting Joy and that is what is coming upon Earth, Terra Christa!

That is the essence of the Wave that is coming.

So keep watching your Eastern Skies and soon you will BEgin to see the sky changing colour into a Rainbow colour. It will be coming from the East onto the planet.

Once it is fully Engolves the planet, it shall remain on the planet to bring about complete and absolute Harmony to Terra Christa and that is what you all been waiting for "The Event"!

Dear Generation-X,

As 2019 began, I started receiving a great push from spirit to focus upon those souls born into Generation X. Indeed, this is also my generation and one that currently is under immense pressure to live up to their path and the life purpose that they came here to lead.

The children of the mid 60’s and 70’s were exposed to a greater bandwidth of spirituality and higher frequencies than any other generation that came before them. After the psychedelic age and the explosion of cosmic consciousness of the early 1960’s (which coincided with the space age) a mass collective of millions of souls chose to incarnate on Earth.

Dear readers, welcome to the new age you are creating and have begun to experience. Let go of any concepts about how change must look because this only reflects what is already known.

The massive shift in world consciousness that is taking place will express in ways and ideas that the human collective is not yet aware of. Many resist change simply because they believe it will interfere with what seems to be perfectly fine already, unaware that better expressions of these same things will manifest in their place.

Those who remain focused on self- serving at the expense of others are being exposed and brought to justice. There is more to come and more to be exposed. You are in the midst of it because Light is now penetrating into many previously hidden agendas. The ascension process that began so long ago is beginning to manifest on a global scale.

Personal and collective consciousness manifests outwardly because Consciousness is all there is and therefore the substance of all form. The expansion of spiritual awareness in increasingly more individuals cannot help but express as higher and better form (change). There is much to come dear ones, much to come.

You, who have evolved beyond the illusory concepts of third dimensional thinking, are feeling tired and finished with the worlds' nonsense and game playing. Living in the density of third dimensional energy is difficult for those who are spiritually awake and who often incarnated from places of much higher dimensional energy. Life for those who are already awake is starting to feel like being back in middle school.

Many are finally starting to recognize the manipulation that commonly takes place in businesses, politics, relationships, and organized religions etc. etc. Three dimensional games always arise from concepts of separation that justify manipulating people and circumstances through advertising, speeches, news, preaching etc. as being perfectly acceptable for getting what one "needs".

Up to now, the majority has allowed itself to be hypnotized by the beliefs of others, especially if their words came in an expensive or beautiful wrapper with lots of degrees and authority. These dear ones have been unaware that their ignorant acceptance of everything they are told has been feeding the coffers of the self-serving.

There are some businesses, relationships, and churches that function from love, but many as of yet do not. However, every day more and more individuals are waking up to discover that the "Emperor has no clothes".

Do not resist or become despondent when you discover that you no longer resonate with certain people, foods, or activities as you once did. Understand that your energetic resonance is becoming more refined causing you to be out of alignment with anything of a lower resonance. Beliefs you previously held as truth are starting to feel foreign causing you to wonder how you could have ever believed them.

Never allow new insights to result in guilt and regret for past actions and words, but rather learn to love and accept these experiences as facets of your learning process that brought you to an examination your belief system and helped you to move into a higher state of awareness. Earth experiences are all about learning and growth, there are no accidents.

You are ready to "fine tune" your belief system through the recognition of certain seemingly innocent and innocuous beliefs you may still be holding. Example; "You must work hard in order to succeed., There is never enough., Murphy's law(Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong.) There are hundreds of these sayings, and as you begin to recognize them as being alive and well in your belief system, more will begin to surface. Everything held in consciousness will manifest.

Painful experience has been the learning tool of the third dimension. If you are reading and resonating with these messages, it means you no longer need to learn this way. You now understand that everything flows out from Source (Divine Consciousness) within. Therefore, why do so many of you continue to anticipate and expect difficulty, pain, and suffering?

The evolutionary tools that were necessary for you long ago are no longer relevant but as long as you continue to make them a part of your consciousness, they will appear. Release everything reflecting duality and separation, not in an absolute way, but rather in awareness and replacement with truth way. Accept that the Omniscient, Omnipresent, Omnipotent living Light is already fully present within you.

Humans struggle to hold their "life medallion" with its good side out at all times, even gluing it in place with all the three dimensional "glues" they are aware of but if their consciousness is one of duality and separation, their "life medallion" must sooner or later flip to the bad side because duality will always express as the pairs of opposites.

You are ready to allow the true forgiveness of self and others to become your attained state of consciousness which means allowing an honest examination and re-evaluation of all issues still causing physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual pain. Deeply buried or ignored experiences can and often do remain unconscious for lifetimes but are nevertheless alive and well in the person's energy field until cleared.

Forgive yourselves for past offences and actions taken from a less evolved state of consciousness. Release those still running programs of guilt, regret, judgement, and criticism through accepting that you brought these experiences into manifestation through ignorance. You were living from your highest level of awareness at that time which is all that is required of anyone, but are no longer that state of consciousness--you have graduated.

Forgiveness does not mean you become best buddies with your seeming nemesis, but rather means you recognize that they too are spiritual beings having human experiences in order to learn. Often the very person who has caused you the most discomfort in this life is in reality a dear close friend from your soul group who volunteered to play the "villain" this time around in order for you to learn.

However, forgiveness never means being a doormat or are not allowed to speak your truth, saying what needs to be said to someone. Allow the words you are guided to express to flow on an energy of love (silent recognition of the other's Divinity) rather than anger (separation), and always asking yourself; "What did I learn about my own belief system from this experience?"

You are spiritually prepared to allow any remaining buried energies out of the basement where you have kept them hidden, perhaps for lifetimes--no more resistance, ignoring, or giving power to them regardless of how painful or unpleasant. Old energy often surfaces and clears through dreams. If this happens and it is intense, do not fear, resist, or make a power out of the experience but rather rejoice in the realization that you are finally clearing these old energies.

Past life experiences involving torture or intense suffering that resulted in death or severe injury often remains alive and well in a person's cellular memory until they are spiritually prepared to acknowledge and integrate these energies which often continue manifest as an intense fear of some certain person, place, or activity. Example: Falling to one's death from a cliff lifetimes ago today may manifest as an intense and inordinate fear of heights.

Consciousness, the substance of all form--"What am I continuing to hold in my consciousness?"

Those who choose to end their lives early are not punished as many believe, but are lovingly welcomed home and helped to understand that they were learning something from their experiences. In their next incarnation these dear ones must once again get to the same or a similar difficult place and this time move past it. Nothing is ever for nothing. No one is ever lost because there is only ONE.

It is a new time and a new consciousness you will be living. We cannot emphasize enough how important it is to allow yourselves to let go of grievances you may still hold for certain persons, places, organizations, or things. Grievances represent separation, an energy you cannot take with you into the new.

The three dimensional belief system consists of concepts that promote entitlement, that the goal of life is to be happy, rich, beautiful, and to experience every good however one can. When those of this mindset find they are unable to achieve these goals they will often turn to drugs or alcohol in the belief that they are failures which simply further empowers the very situations of lack, limitation, pain, and suffering they sought to be rid of. More often than not, these experiences are "wake up calls" meant to force the individual into new and higher insight.

Regardless of how beautiful, rich or famous a person becomes, these things all remain behind when the person "goes home". The only thing that remains forever with each and every soul is their state of consciousness which they bring with them into their next incarnation. This is the secret of "child prodigies" who are simply souls who attained a high level of expertise in some particular area throughout previous lifetimes and now carry this expertise with them as an attained state of consciousness.

You cannot slip backward to an outgrown state of consciousness, although some attempt it when they believe life was easier before. With each incarnation, you pick up where you left off. Everyone carries their attained state of consciousness with them wherever they go, and in reality no one is responsible for another's problems.

What may look to others to be a very un-evolved life, may in reality be an upgrade from the person's last life which is why it is foolish to judge by appearances. Everyone is only able to live out from his or her attained state of consciousness but everyone is continually adding to their spiritual awareness regardless of how un-awakened they may seem to others. This is how evolution works.

Perhaps in previous lifetimes a person easily got away with nefarious actions toward others--stealing, using, lying etc. but this time around, these familiar methods resulted in a prison sentence. The whole scenario was most likely part of his/her chosen soul contract as being necessary for soul growth. Next incarnation, he/she will incarnate with a more evolved consciousness prepared for a higher way of living but most likely still perceived from a third dimensional level at first. So on, and so on goes evolution.

Gaia is a living soul in earth form and not material matter to be owned, destroyed, and used for self serving. Gaia took the body of earth in order to provide a place for people to evolve but as the result of mankind's ignorance and selfishness has become very damaged and has chosen to ascend to a higher resonance. Please include this living, breathing, loving soul in your realizations of truth and Light.

ACCEPTING THE HIGHER LIGHT

As we BEcome increasingly Fifth-Dimensional, we will BEgin to have sensations of our Lightbody and of Light Language. These sensations often BEgin at the base of our spine or sometimes just behind our Heart. These sensations arise from the Kundalini Energy, which is our personal, formless, inner-Lightbody.

Wisely enough, a lot of us who came down into our third-dimensional vessel slightly remembered what it was like in our other third-dimensional incarnations. So we were able to remember that when we came to Earth, we did not arrive via a Ship or a Boat or a Spacecraft, but we came to Earth on our Essence.

In other words, we allowed our Essence to flow into a physical Earth vessel that was growing within our Mother's womb. Simultaneously, we left a greater percentage of our lifestream in our Multidimensional bodies on the Higher Dimensions. Hence, that Higher component of our SELF can send down messages and communications to assist us as we move through our daily life in which we are wearing a 3D Earth vessel.

We came into this third-dimensional vessel when a Portal opened into our form. Hence, we can in at birth, when there was a near-death experience, a high fever, an accident, or an extreme illness. All of these experiences allowed our third-dimensional Earth vessel to open up to Higher frequencies of our SELF.

Once the Higher frequencies entered our third-dimensional vessel from our Higher Dimensional SELF they blended with our third-dimensional consciousness. In this manner, we Humans are Multidimensional BEings, right here in the third dimension.

Also, because of these sparks of our own Higher Essence that we have allowed to enter us through our opened Portal, we connected to the Higher Light of the NOW of the ONE. We truly came from the ONE, and within the ONE there is only NOW.

As we fully embrace our Higher Light we can remember our purest Essence, and we remember that separation is an illusion of the third-dimensional reality. We, our Essence, remember that it is the NOW of returning.

However, many have become so attached to our Human Self, and our physical Earth, that we do not want to leave this planet until we can experience Gaia in the grand, royalty of Her Fifth-Dimensional planetary SELF.

This Fifth Dimension of Gaia is to be filled by the ascending ones who have created a “peak of society” in which great Souls, Artists and Higher-Dimensional, Multidimensional BEings are able to locate their own energy field in their Fifth-Dimensional Essence.

That Fifth-Dimensional frequency of Gaia is what we would call New Earth. It is Fifth-Dimensional Earth. We have lived on third-dimensional Earth and we have gone through the wheel of life and death from third to fourth to third to fourth. NOW we are ready to graduate into Fifth-Dimensional Earth and can choose to be amongst those who are beginning to inhabit and enliven that frequency of Gaia.

Only a Fifth-Dimensional BEing can inhabit a Fifth-Dimensional Reality. Thus, in order for us to inhabit Fifth-Dimensional Gaia, we must transmute into our own Fifth-Dimensional Earth Vessel. Many of us have taken incarnations in other times on Gaia, or on other planets, which were similar to what is occurring on Earth Now.

Whenever a reality is on the up-cycle going into a peak society or a down-cycle of leaving a peak society, there is an opportunity for immense SOUL growth. Once we return to our Fifth, Sixth, Seventh and Higher Dimension SELF we forget about the time between the up and the down because we are No longer resonating to the frequency that holds time.

Therefore, we can remember the NOW in which a new society is booming simultaneously with the NOW in which a society is falling into its own decline. In this manner, we can have an intimate experience of the cycle of birth and the cycle of death.

We took these Earth vessels because, from the perspective of the Higher SELF, we could not understand an immensely polarized society. Most of us come from Galactic Societies in which there was no conflict since the end of the Great Galactic War. Therefore, when we came down into a third-dimensional society, it was quite shocking to realize that there was so much conflict and fear without enough Love and Light to balance that darkness.

Another very difficulty about the third dimension is that that frequency of society, such as the one that Gaia is moving out of (very slowly due to the beings who are often deeply involved in the act of being human) that they don’t realize that other species are sentient. They don’t see the sentience in animals. They don’t see the sentience in plants.

Most important they don’t see the sentence of their planet. They know that they are a sentient BEing, but somehow, they don’t realize that the huge globe that they are inhabiting is also sentient. Fortunately, that old illusion is ending as the Higher Light is BEcoming stronger and stronger.

You may ask, “How much Higher Light do we need, and in what frequency must we reside?” Our answer is that the Higher Light is infinite. Also, the Higher Light has No limit and No time or space.

We speak of the Multidimensional Light that has always been there, but just beyond humanity's perception because their consciousness cannot attend to a frequency of reality that is so much Higher than the frequency of their consciousness. Before you BEgan to accept the Higher Light, you only lived in the frequency of third dimensional, physical, illusions. We wish to remind you that every reality is, and always was, within the NOW of the ONE.

And it is through the process of perceiving the Higher Energy Fields of reality, merging with those Energy Fields, flowing with those Energy Fields, and listening to the messages in those Energy Fields, that YOU, the ascending ones of Gaia, are able to Shift into the Higher Frequency of Earth that you wish to inhabit.

Actually, you inhabited the third-dimension when you were alive on Earth, then:

You “died” in that life and you inhabited the fourth-dimension frequency ring around Gaia. Now you are preparing to resonate to the Fifth-Dimensional Frequency ring around Gaia, which is the Fifth-Dimensional version of Earth.

We tell this to our beloved ones that are trying to Open Portals and who are able to daily accept the Higher and Higher Light into the Crown of their head and pull it down through all of their Seven Chakras to Ground this Energy in the Core of Gaia.

These beloved ones also volunteered to keep Gaia's Light Portals opened. Hence, your physical Earth vessel is serving as an open Portal through which the Fifth-Dimensional Energy can flow through you to BE Grounded in the Core of Gaia.

BEing an Opened Portal is no easy task and we don’t expect that all of you will be able to give that service for all of your 3D “time.” In fact, when you are "in time" it’s because your Consciousness has dropped, and you are busily engaged in the experience of BEing a HUman.

Then, when you have “time” to meditate you can go into the NOW of the ONE and open your Portal.

When you Open your Portal, the Higher Light comes all the way down through your body and down into the Core of Gaia. Then, anything less than the resonance of your Fifth-Dimensional SELF BEcomes loosened from the illusion of your physical body that you are wearing.

At that point, you may experience intense emotions, illness or injury. What is actually occurring is that, when that Higher Light comes in, it loosens up any blockages that you have inside of your body that is limiting your ability to fully expand your Consciousness into the Fifth Dimension and beyond.

Please remember these blockages are feelings to be released. We remind you all, our dear Ascending Ones that letting go of that which is over allows you to deeply embrace that which is BEginning.

When we perceive the energy of the Higher Light...

We can flow with the energy of the Higher Light...

Which allows us to read the energy of the Higher Light...

So that we can follow the instructions embedded in the Higher Light.

We, the Arcturians, will return. In fact, our Essence will NEVER leave!
